The dishes Sae-chan makes are amazing! Soft and juicy butterbur with a strong dashi flavor.Burdock with an irresistible texture and pumpkin egg salad with just the right amount of sweetness. Even though they received takeout orders and couldn't prepare in time, the original dishes made by the owner, who used to work in Ginza, are also recommended. Popular dishes such as ampoté, sfor, and howaboro, which used to require a line, can now be enjoyed in Hiratsuka!
